Once the actions for in scope projects are finalized and agreed by all the relevant stakeholders, the WIP Lead must commence the cut over activities as per the agreement and coordinated with the overall transition cut over plans. This may require some refinement to the agreed Responsibility Matrix For In-Scope Projects.

All the relevant stakeholders must be updated on the progress of the agreed activities and risks/issues observed together with mitigation plans. Typically, the WIP Lead should update the lessons learnt repository.

The WIP Lead must update the Service Engagement Risk Log and Service Engagement Issue Log.

Signoff should generally be achieved by meeting the ORA criteria (and where appropriate project acceptance criteria) agreed at the start of transition ad monitored and tracked throughout.
